Return and Refund Policy

At Cellura Sport Essentials, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Returns within 14 days

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as you received it:

  • Unused.

  • With labels.

  • In its original packaging.

If your request is accepted, we'll send you a shipping label and return instructions.
Returned items will not be accepted without prior request for a refund.

Damages and problems

Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate it and provide you with a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of:

  • Opened personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, oils , or massage products once unsealed).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.

Changes

The fastest way to get another product is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is approved.

Right of withdrawal (14 days – European Union)

In addition to the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, for any reason and without justification.

The terms of withdrawal are the same: the product must be returned unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If applicable, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .
Please note that it may take longer for your bank or card issuer to process your transaction.
